Terms of Service
Effective August 21, 2026. These terms govern use of the Nerddi OS gaming console at os.nerddi.com.
Using Nerddi OS
You may use Nerddi OS for lawful gaming and related social features. You are responsible for your device, network connection, account activity, and compliance with laws and rules that apply to you. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, impersonate another user, attack other users or infrastructure, or use Nerddi OS to distribute malicious or unlawful content.
Guest play and Nerddi ID
Some local games may be available as a guest. Persistent identity features such as friends, achievements, rankings, online identity, cloud-connected history or future cloud saves may require Sign in with Nerddi ID. Nerddi ID is secured by CentroShield and remains governed by CentroShield's account terms and security controls.
Games and controllers
Nerddi OS provides browser-based games and SmartController technology that can use a phone as a game-specific controller. Connection quality depends on the devices, browsers, local network, internet routing and third-party infrastructure. Nerddi may change controller transports, matchmaking behavior, supported games and technical requirements as the platform evolves.
Separate applications and services
Nerddi OS is distinct from My Nerddi at app.nerddi.com. It may also connect to separately operated products such as PointsBall/VBA. A shared CentroShield identity does not merge the applications, their game data, or their independent service rules.
Your content and profile
You are responsible for names or other information you choose to submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. Nerddi may remove or restrict content or access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or service integrity.
Availability and changes
Nerddi OS is an evolving service. Features, games, integrations, rankings, controller systems and availability may change. Maintenance, network issues, browser limitations, third-party failures or security events can interrupt access.
No cheating or technical abuse
Do not manipulate game state, matchmaking, rankings, controller sessions, authentication, APIs or network traffic to gain an unauthorized advantage or access another user's data or session.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nerddi OS is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that every device, browser, game, external integration or network path will function without interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates
These terms may be updated as Nerddi OS adds features or as operational, legal or security requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective is subject to the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
